What an exciting time to join the ranks . Camilla, I'm a 15 year lender with roots in real estate back to my childhood . My parents were REALTORs in the 70s and 80s. While those times were challenging, they educated three kids in private high schools and colleges, and bought two homes.

Attitude is everything when the going gets tough. Your challenge, as I see it, will be to remain a beacon for hope and change amidst the turmoil associated with changing business models and channels of communication to the consumer. You, with your background, can help agents (and brokers) to manage that change effectively to have businesses that are worth something.

BHG, in my opinion, represents a grassroots leader in that change.

It was a pleasure to meet your colleagues at Bloodhound Unchained, an honor to hear your leader share the BHG vision, and an opportunity to have this conversation today.

Good luck. I wish you all the success and joy I've had in this industry.
