I use Google Alerts, but really like StepRep (maybe even better)! I like that I can log in and see all of the chatter. I tend to look at the Google Alert email quickly and then delete it to get it out of my Inbox. I hope StepRep is a huge success for you and your team.

Thanks for noticing Wendy! I am using StepRep to monitor our product and I am happy to say it found your post immediately! I am happy to hear that you also think online reputation is important. It seems that most customers are starting their search online, making it imperative for agents and brokers (or any service for that matter) to know what those potential customers will find. I can honestly say that until I started eating our own dog food, I had no idea how much chatter goes on in places I would never have noticed. Places like Twitter, blogs, Facebook, Flickr and Youtube.

Plus I love how I now get to comment first on subjects I am tracking!
