In 2008 I was given the greatest opportunity of my 30 year career in real estate – to build and launch a next generation lifestyle real estate brand. Today I have the pleasure of working with an amazing team and culturally aligned broker network, overseeing the strategy and direction and growth of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.
Although all the PAIGE values are important to me, the one that is core to my role is growth. For the brand, that means having an increasing influence. An increasing influence by strategically growing the brand, by helping grow our agents and brokers productivity and profitability, and by having an increasing influence on our industry as a whole by openly sharing best practices.
Most recently, I was the chief operating officer of another Realogy brand. Prior to Realogy, I held executive roles within notable US brokerages and held increasingly senior positions with Royal LePage for 16 years. A native of Canada, I began my real estate career in Ontario, Canada as an agent.
I was born and raised in London, Ontario Canada. I divide my personal time between the two countries. My husband, Ted, and I enjoy our hobby of owning and training horses. I am passionate about the arts, travel, continued learning, and exploring different cultures.[/one_half]
