Housing Market Remains Strong
Whether to buy or sell may not seem as black or white, following recent housing indicators, but the chief economist at Realtor.com says the residential real estate market continues to show strong signs of health in July.

New Home Loans: Rates and House Prices Both Increase 
According to data released by the Federal Housing Finance Agency, interest rates used to purchase recently built homes increased in the month of June on an average of nine basis points. The rates are the highest they’ve been since January.
