Millennials Drive Growth of Multi-Generational Households
Not breaking news, but Pew Research Center reports that 57 million Americans (18 percent of the U.S. population) lived in multi-generational homes in 2012. That’s double the number from 1980. And young adults are leading the way. The question is, our latest Baby Boomer survey indicates that Millennials shouldn’t get too comfortable living at home. So wonder how this Pew research will change over the next few years!

Sales of previously owned homes in June hit their highest level since October, according to a report Tuesday from the National Association of REALTORS® and the supply of homes on the market is the highest it has been in more than a year.
