Maximizing Real Estate Marketing with Social Media

For over ten years, people have been pioneering new techniques and succeeding via social media. In fact, it seems almost every day there is a new article with advice for using social media to market your business. It’s time to accept it, social media is no longer a decorative nice to have – but a core pillar to a business’ marketing strategy.

At Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, we recognize the value in social media as a marketing medium and have achieved great success in our efforts as a brand. Similarly, many of our affiliated brokerages are innovators, and they are using social media to differentiate themselves in their own markets and make long-lasting connections.

With that, we also recognize that many real estate professionals may not be at ease using social media to market effectively to their sphere of influence. Whether it’s a matter of finding the time, getting familiar with different platforms, or creating and curating the right content to share, we want to know how we can help you use social media to become a valuable resource for your clients.

Our goal is to not only help brokers and agents understand the power of social media, but to find a way to maximize their social media presence regardless of expertise, time and budget. In order to do this, we need to better understand what is currently working for you and what is not.
